Hi i am Tina, I have one irish setter whose name is Mia. I live on Dartmoor in Devon England. We have just been for a lovely walk in a forest here on Dartmoor and my Darling Irish Mia decided to roll in some foxes muck, so she is smelling lovely. i have given her a bath but i swear i can still smell it. Do any of you have dogs that love to smell like something else, unfortunately i do not like this perfume.

She has plenty of moorland torun about on and she has to roll.

I am hoping to get another Irish next year so i guess i will have twice the washing then.

Does anybody else receive funny emails from "Vicky Lake"? I am really fed up with it. It seems to be someone who invaded this forum with advertising (cheep online games etc.). Could the people who run this site possibly follow up on this?

This is a place for setter lovers, not for funny advertisers!

I am told constantly that I am obsessed with my setters. Yes I do admit that I am.  But at the same time the accuser totally spoils them too..... I often wonder do owners of other breeds get so obsessed?? Or are we a special type of human/canine combination???? Either way I just could not live with out one.

Besotted, so are we with our Reds, because they are so very beautiful, angel as well as little devil, rough and tough then cuddling and soft, always happy and wanting to make your happy, etc. etc. so how can I not be totally besotted and love them!!!  the best thing which can happen to someone is to have one - we cannot say own one as they own us  :-)
