Our puppy boy did great at his first official show

Our day at Riihimäki puppyshow had a great ending, when our little boy Boo (Red Rhythm's Album Cover) started his shows with a great opening. From the little boys class (5-7months) he was placed 1HP, BOB-puppy, BIG-2!

Congratulations Bosse and Saija!





The judge Riitta Lahtovaara also fell in love with our little girl Lyyli (Red Rhythm's Amazing Grace) who won the little girls class.…

We found paradise...full of grouses



We left civilization with our offroad vehicle, grouseseekers best friend The Range Rover to search birdies for our dogs. We drove far enough into the deepest lappish mountain areas, actually my husband takes all his clients there to hunt every year. This place has never let the hunter down, so it didn´t this time either.

Puppies !!!!

Ellies ( Ooh-La-La v.h. Adelaarsvaren ) love holiday in Belgium with Jingles( Sumaric Shadow of Mr. Jingles ) going very fine .
Ultrasound confirm today for us that their puppies born in october.

Young boy looking for a home

Applegrove Western Wind - three months old

Another weekend, another Champion title for Sarah :-)

The 6th and 7th September we went to Romania to the Dracula Show that is a double CACIB show, one of them offers a Crufts Qualification to the CACIB winners for 2009.





We got back with nice results again but once it was quite enough for a life time. You had better not go there, as the name and the homepage of the show is really fantastic, but that's all. There is not enough parking place for the cars, veeerrrry small and bad quality… Continue

New Champion!!!!!

This Is my first ever blog post, but I just had to share -

On Sunday my "Timmy" became (AKC) CH Captiva Gold Sovereign.. at just 16mths.



He doesn't care... he says "What? Me finished?? No way.. I'm just starting!!!!" He has lots of things to try now.



He was bred by Jill Taylor and Caren McWeeney, (Ch Captiva McDerry Bellagio X Captiva McDerry Olympic Gold, JH).

Nature at its best

I spent 3 wonderful days in the mountains(hoyfjell) with our youngest setters. We were giving a tour de mountains to a young gordonsetter with her owner.



Still the grouse are missing so we had no moments of joy for the dogs. They worked amazingly well even though nothing was found. True hunters never give up!…

New IRWS International Working Champion

Congratulations to Fiorella Mathis from Italy on making up her IRWS bitch United Spots O'Healy (Pollina) as an International Working Ch (Int FTCH) . Pollina , who is trained and handled by Carlo Sardone, is a daughter of United Spots Night Wish and Pepperstown Polly. So mother and daughter are now both International Working Champions!

BIS Junior,BOB and BOG II with 9 months

Last weekend was very successful for little Cashmere Red Irish Dream,as CACIB Kragujevac was her first show and such a great start. She is from the repeated combination CH Satlas Medoc and CH Berboss Now and Forever .The judge was from England ,Mr. John Gilesspie. She won Best Junior, BOB, than later 2 place in Group and even JUNIOR BIS .

Many congratulations to proud breeder Nenad Mocorka and to her proud owner. Keep the good work!
