Evening at White Park Bay

We have just been having our summer on the north coast of Ireland ... so this evening we went to White Park Bay

the boys went straight in for a paddle ...

and Mac came to get me in too ...

the sun was still strong when we arrived ...

there were lots of smooth stones to run over ...

and rocks to jump over ...

but we had to head home when the sun went down ...

but it was hard to leave ...

! The boys returned homw tired and starving, covered in sand and soaked in seawater. We had peace for 2 hours and Mac is now tearing up a box and waiting to go out again!

Carmel, a guy on the beach said to me, 'that's the summer over with now', and it stayed in my head! I hope we get more weather like the past few days!
