Field Trial 20th November 2008 in Muttersholtz/F
The Setter & Pointer Club of Switzerland organised a 4-day session of Field Trials in Muttersholtz, France. Here are some impressions from day 1.
There were two groups of 24 dogs each, making 12 pairs (Field Trial Couple), group 1 was judged by P. Duchein and A. Rogger.
Winner with 1st excellent and CACT was the Pointer bitch owned & presented by the italian professional trainer L. Zagnis, I am not sure about her name (he had so many dogs) but I think it is 'Jala' and she is shown on the photographs. At the end of the day she won the CACIT in competition against the winner of group 2 (another Pointer).
5 dogs were placed:
2nd excellent: Irish Setter Coppersheen Coalville Lad
3rd excellent: Irish Red & White Setter Dalriach Grainne
4th excellent: English Setter Flash del Zagnis (?)
5th very good: Gordon Setter Vasco des Quasars
As you can imagine I am on cloud no. 9...
