Dam Skadi has 1AK (thereby qualified to run in the winner stakes) in norwegian field trial... and 2 x CERT in show. She is the highest placed irws in field trials in ...Norway so far.

Craigrua-breeder Jim Sheridan gives this description of Sire Kansas:
"Kansas; excellent konformation, fast and stylish, trainable, and very high drive(energy level). Excellent quartering and he is also dominant for a very good color, if the breed is to make its mark in Norway then they will have to gain a credibility on the platform which is field trial which is the best of the other breeds. And drive, style and gamefinding abilities are key. Kansas sire, craigrua Osprey is int ftch with outstanding game finding abilities, and dam craigrua gingersnap, was in addition a very fast and stylish bitch."

Both sire Kansas and dam Skadi have good hips and are CLAD free.

We are breeding for hunting and field trials, and are looking for irws enthusiasts who will train for hunting and maybe even field trials.
