Mel      With all your  experience in puppy rearing, surely you can see they are more than 3 weeks old,and as there is over 2 weeks difference in the litter ages I would have thought it obvious to someone of  intelligence.  My other litter is still in the whelping box but only until their eyes have opened and are mobile, then transferred to an 8x4 puppy pen.How you can keep puppies in a whelping box with Mum for 3 weeks is beyond me!!

As for bathing I keep all my puppies clean and infection free.     You Don't????

I think your doing a fine job, I know you keep a heat lamp over them when bathed and their mum is still with them in the picture, they are differnantly too large for the whelping box and love exploring their pen in your lounge, can't wait till I can bring George home to be with Charlie who I got from you and am so inpressed by him that I've come back for a second one

I have just had a read of the posts below and I can honestly say Dee you are doing a grand job I seen the pups last Friday mums and pups look healthy and very cosey and clean! I dont think dee needs advice  I think she has had setters long enough to know how to care for her dogs and puppies, I had a puppy of dee last year and I would have another Cordarragh puppy.

People should get there facts straight before leaving comments and making accusations and not go by photo's Dee has done nothing wrong its not nice to get comments like the ones below, there is a lot of breeders out there that have many litters a year nothing is said!

If people have nothing nice to say then say nothing love Roger
