Irish working setters in Belgium are "too fat, lacking passion and missing Irish working blood"

"Irish setters entered for field trials are much too fat, miss passion and structure in work. Its necessary to add pure Irish field working lineage to update their passion & performance in trials."

Thats what -in a nutshell- fieldjudge Didier Horman told participants of trials organized by the Belgian Irish Setter Club on Saturday August 28th, held in Bertinchamps.

How time really does fly. NZ CH Amhurst Borrowed Heaven (Kerry) and Coppers Midsummer Magic (Eamonn) babies are already 3 weeks old. They are so cute and

very spoiled and loved members of the family. As you will see in the photo, their aunty Tara (NZ CH Solasdas Copper Ruse), had to keep an eye on her sister Kerry just to make sure she is doing things properly. It made Tara's day when little pink girl crawled over to her and fell asleep…

Newton winning Field Tests for young dogs!

Last Saturday we spend in Piotrkow Trybunalski, 150 km from Warsaw, where 70 dogs took part in Field Trials and Field Tests for young dogs.

Newton did his best both in water and field competitions and got Ist. degree diploma with 95% points. He got maximum 4 points for swimming, passion, style of working, speed, nose and obedience and 3 for pointing.
