After a break of fifteen years, QANTAS flew two, day flights out of Perth, Western Australia, to the Antarctica - a round trip of twelve hours. It was the most amazing experience, and one to cross off the "bucket list!" I thought I had taken about 1500 photos, but my husband told me to stop exaggerating - I had only taken 1309!!

I agree with Carmel, only 5 photos out of 1309?!

That sure is one for the 'bucket list'! Although the ecosystem in the Antarctica is so fragile that I wonder which bucket! Thanks for sharing some wonderful photos of our blue planet!
