Well thanks for the results and your boy Frances will have his title before the end of the week, what are the odds... Good luck to all and congratulations.

News in from Tralee
Cassidy is an Irish Show Champion!!!
He won his last Green Star to-day; Cathy won Green Star bitch with My Blue Heaven and the bitch was Bob;
Rachel said Cassidy is tired from his week in the caravan!
Poor wee boy - he's just 18months and has only been in Ireland 5 and a half months;
Oh I am a proud 'mum' & Rachel and Tony are over the moon of course;

Congratulatins to Cassidy his owners, breeder, family and friends!!!!!! He must be one of the youngest red setters to win the Irish title!!!;o)

I am sure he is the youngest Irish Setter to gain his title!
Before this, the youngest was Bill & Robert Connery's Champion Rossanhill Romance in the seventies, who was 21 months.
Cassidy has had a wonderful run for such a young dog and enjoys it all. I reckon every rosette he has won, must be decorated with his teethmarks, from when he grabs the rosette from the Judge, usually before Rachel has a chance to take it.
Congratulations to Frances, Rachel and Tony!

Congratulation to all concerned re Cassidy for gaining his title so young well done everyone, see told you he would be a champion before the week was out, but lets face it, it would have been a very bet to win, he is a lovely dog...

Congratulations to Irish Sh. Ch. Cassidy and of course to owners and breeder! Must be great to win the title in the breed's homeland. Now for that working certificate... Tony can take over from here...
