A setter gathering at Rossmore Forest Park with some of the members of Tails and Trails(who do canicross and dry land mushing) We all went for a 3km fast walk(canicross style!!) and my "team" were Cara,Rua and Abbey!!;o)) I need to get fitter though;o(

Was great Carol;o) and the best bit was shouting "steady" and "slow down...." at Abbey and Cara as they got faster going down hill ...........;o))))
