WDS, WWS ISF and Star Wars

This summer has been nice with many big events in this country. We went to WDS in Stockholm and WWS ISF in Taxinge, We did also go to Vasamuseum to see the ship. Same weekend we did go to Power Big Meet In Vasteras. All this in same weekend 4-6 july.

We have a big happening in Ornsoldsvik. Star Wars is on the museum and it´s a very nice exhibition! If You have a chance to get there, go!

Estonia 19-20/7

What a weekend! Spent it in nice company in Estonia, on dogshows of course.

Saturday all-breed ch. show in Haapsalu, judge Jose Baddeley, UK. Katinka (Copper's Pure Bubble) made the day getting the CC (CAC) and Best bitch (BOS)! Leona (Nattaset Marigold) Exc 4th in open. (On photo Katinka & BOB Copper's Blomsterprinsen)

Our Great Dane friend is 10 years old!

I never managed to create a blog post about the Stockholm WW, but you've heard a lot about it anyway :-) So instead I write about today's big event. Mágnes, our great dane friend filled 10! A nice age for any dog but especially for a member of this breed.

A nice Weekend, IHA Oberwart, CACIB Szombathely

This was a nice weekend for us. Yesterday we visited the IHA in Oberwart. Anu started in Open Class an got Exc. 1, CACA, Res. CACIB, Nikita started in Junior Class and got also the Exc. 1, Junior Winner and a big surprise for us she got the second place in Junior BOG.

Today we made a jouney two Hungary. It wasn`t so successfull like yesterday, but we are very satisfied.

IHA Oberwart

Hello!

IRWS dog Chaersiveen Celtic Music, age 10 1/2 months, went into his first show today and finished best junior. He stacked perfectly but running he thought he was a kangaroo. Mrs Doppelreiter thinks he is a very fine dog that needs some ring training before the next show.

We are very proud of the young man.

New International Champion

Today in Oberwart, Austria our Edy aka Multi Ch M'Eudail The Temptation got his final CACIB (9th to be correct) for the title of International Champion. He also took BOB and was 2nd in the group. Breed judge was Maria-Louisa Doppelreiter and group judge Erwin Deutscher. Now he can take his well deserved summer break.

Not to forget many congratulations to Yvonne and her two girls who both won their classes. Was very nice to talk to you at the show.

Glory Field´s puppies at the age of 8 weeks

Our puppies are 8 weeks old now. Time for the last fotoshooting with all of them, because the first are already leaving.

My Birthday Girl(s!!!) :-)

Today my beloved Sarah / Shandwick Obsession has turned 3 years old!!!

We have had great fun both in and out of the show ring many times so far, but most of you know about it and there is not much to tell you about her as new information - I think :-)

Last weekend in Lisbon Portugal, 2 Int.Dogs Shows (LisbonWinner08 & Mediterranean Winner 08)

Happen in Lisbon last weekend two Int.Dog Shows. The 111º Int Dog Show of Lisbon (CAC CACIB and the title Lisbon Winner08) and the 112ºInt Dog Show of Lisbon(CAC-QC CACIB and the title Meditteranean Winner08)

At the first show ,the breed judge was Mrs Hilda Parkinson(GB) and at the second Dr.Pedro Rufino(PT).

From our affix we present 9 dogs/Bitchs in 3 breeds (Irish,IRWS & English).

Miss S.J. Lennox (Hartsbourne/Brackenfield)

It is a privilege to have known her and been able to spend many moments with her, also to have owned some of her stock and been able to breed from it. She shared a lot of her knowledge with me over the years. Sadly Miss Sybil Lennox (Hartsbourne/Brackenfield) who will be fondly remembered and respected by all of us in the breed, died yesterday(14th July) after a short illness aged 88.
