12 puppies having a bad time...again...

Seeing that the last litter demolished my BIG, soft and EXPENSIVE dogbed, I thought I would go for one of these plastic ones this time. Checking them out in the shop, I honestly thought this would be big enough for a litter of 12 at the age of 8 weeks.
They are 5 weeks old to-day and are laying in layers...

Oh dear!!!! Maybe at least two more of that size or one giant one(designed for great dane!!);o)) Still they look very happy anyway!! ;o)

As soon as the shops open, I shall get one more! And then probably yet another one the week after the rate these are growing...:-)
Yes Carmel, next (and last size) up was that giant one for great Danes...no way...I thought. Also remembering Carmels photo of three (?) grown setters fitting in to one of these...:-)

hehe :-) I Think I have a bigger one and it was pretty good for my 5, but for your big litter you don't have any other chance than to buy the possibly biggest one available or 2 of them :-)) So back to the shop ASAP and choose the hugest one :-)) No bed is too big, you know :-)) They look funny, anyway!

Last year I bought 2 beds bigger than your one for my 12 puppies and guess what? They all got in one bed on top of each other just like yours! They did use both of them though as they got older.

You know we will have to report you for giving these poor puppies such a hard time...cramming them into such a small bed, layering them, so so cruel, shame on you, they really do look so thin and hard done by, yeh...they are looking really good....congratulations to you and their other mum, keep the pictures coming. love them....
