Goodbye Shannon

Yesterday we had to say our final goodbye to dear Shannon. She happily munched her last biscuit and quietly went to sleep. We know it was the right decision but it is very quiet in our house just now. Shannon always knew how to make her presence felt and heard;-)

Traurig lesen wir deine Mail...
Die Zeit liess vermuten, dass irgendwann der Zeitpunkt kommt aber es stimmt trotzdem sehr traurig, dass er nun wirklich eingetroffen ist!
Shannon hatte 14,5 Jahre ein wunderschönes Setterleben bei euch.
Möge sie nun mit all unseren Geliebten frei und wieder jung hinter der Regenbogenbrücke rennen !

I'm so sorry Susan, what a dog and what a life she had but what a loss to you. I felt like I almost knew her personally through this site. The longer you have them the more you miss them I am sure.
