Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World

My new girl is here! Her name is Nola and I was surprised to see that she is very, very small. Even smaller that my runt of the litter Katie. She is blind, so she is constantly sniffing. And I do mean constantly. And when she smells that our cat is near she goes into overdrive. moving from place to place very quickly and turning circles. Sometimes she bumps into the coffee table as she's doing this but it doesn't slow her down. She pauses for a second and keeps right on going. The cat got used to our last two very large IS fosters, but does not like Nola at all. Can't figure that out just yet. Nola is the sweetest girl ever. She never ever barks. And licks everyone to death that gets close enough. When I let her outside (on 3 acres) her nose goes to the ground and she's like the energizer bunny. Can't even get her to come back inside. My kids seem to have a problem with her invading "their spaces" now and then and they get into a tussle and we're trying to figure out how to stop that as well. It doesn't happen often, thank God. I will post pics as soon as I can but it's hard to get them because she won't sit still for a second. Thanks for all you that wish us well and I'll keep you informed as to how it goes.
