Yesterday we had to say our final goodbye to dear Shannon. She happily munched her last biscuit and quietly went to sleep. We know it was the right decision but it is very quiet in our house just now. Shannon always knew how to make her presence felt and heard;-)

Oh so sad Susan! I have no words, tears are coming up in my eyes......I know she had a wonderful life and you did the right thing, I know how you feel and more than you can guess, just this wednesday I had to put my beloved Tito to sleep, because of his bad hips, and I am still crying:-( Reading this makes me crye more....
I know the emptiness and total sadness:-(
She was such a beautiful girl, and now she runs free up there with here friends and also my Tito...
Lots of hugs to you and your family this difficult time
//Take care

Hello Susan, I awfully sorry to hear about your enormous loss - I think she will always be top dog somewhere in your heart and I call myself fortunate for having had the chance to meet such a lovely Lady, Cornelia
