I also used to take my first Irish, Oliver, into school. I was a teacher of 4 & 5 yr olds. They got so much enjoyment from his visits and he loved going into school. They also learnt a lot about caring for animals properly. You can read about him on my web site.
I have a pedigree database on my site as well, if you let me know who your girls parents are, I will add them to my database. If you have had any irish who are no longer alive I would be very happy to add them to my In Memory section.
It is a pleasure to hear from you. Yes I enjoy the guests dogs even when they aren't Irish Setters. Tho I would never trade! Well it is midnight time to hit the hay as I have to drive Neighbors kids to school in the morning. Hope 2011 is going well for you too. Warmly, Jo Ann
Thanks for getting back to me. I will get your girls added as soon as possible.
I have just read your blog about Kruszyna and am sorry to hear that she has been so ill. I have also had a dog that has had bloat, so I know how worrying it is. I hope that she is now well on the way to recovery.
Not to worry, people get busy & have things going on in their lives. I can totally understand so please don't worry about it. Sadly Lego's saga isn't over yet & he has to go to a vet hospital in Cork. The specialist wants to have a look what's going on inside his shoulder, just waiting on an appointment...so keep your fingers crossed !
Hi Anna ! Thanks for your comments on Lego's photos...he pretty much looks like that most of the time...he doesn't seem to have the traditional silky smooth setter hair :) But I love him anyway.
Dear Anna and Happy Birthday to you yesterday, life has changed a lot since last year, have separated with my husband, life has been up and down, but I am happy now....only two of my dogs are living with me now, Charlie and Alma, haven´t got time or energi to go to dogshows and so on....I have been missing you too, you are a very kind and nice person Anna, like you a lot, I will be back soon I promise kisses and huggies from me and my doggies:-)

Hi Anna ! Many thanks for your comments on Lego's latest hair adventures :)
Seeing it in 3-D everyday always makes me laugh...it's only fair to share the fun & I'm sure Lego doesn't mind. Long live the 'Hair' !! ~Take care
