Over 7000 dogs were judged during the last weekend in very windy Oulu, at the double interdational dog shows. On Saturday Irish Red Setters were judged Hungarian Mr Tamas Jakkel. Oh, he made my day as my CH Redword Diamonds R' Blue "Bobby" was BOB with CACIB and later afternoon Polish Mr piotor Krol chose him the group winner! Res best male made me cry as my only 11 months old "kid" EE JW-09 Tatterslee Legend "Paddington" was chosen the second best male and he also won his very first CC. That wasn't all as 4th best male was also mine; JCH Redword Be A Friend "Armas". 3rd was Coppe's Bubble Power.
Copper's Bubble Story won bitches (way to go Hilla!!), res was Merryview's Cornflacke Girl, 3rd Clever Sett Tempore Donna and 4th Red Fellow's Blazing Lass. Redword Snowdon Maiden got VG4.
On Sunday Irish judge Mrs Dorothea Hanlon-Carroll prefered more American type I think as Original Game O'chance BOB, Frieden's Ironmaiden res, my Bobby 3rd with RCACIB and - he did it again - Paddington 4th with RCC this time. BOS was Red Fellow's Balzing Lass, res Clever Sett Tempore Donna, 3rd Redword Snowdon Maiden with RCACIB & RCC and 4th Redlovehunters Anastacia.
Our very good IRWS friend, young Redwhitesilk Dynamite (son of the famous Mult W & CH Corranroo Celtic Vision) travelled to Oulu in the same car and he was placed 3rd in the goup on Saturday and -WOOOOOOU- Tamas Jakkel chose him BIS4 on Sunday!!! You are great, Sulo & Sirke!
