- Hi Susan, and welcome, the site is great and it's so nice to be able to contact other owners who adore their setters...I also had a problem with my Abbi who was rather on the lean side..she has never been very interested in food...would rather be outside having fun..I found some interesting recipes on the internet..which I tried and have had great success with...they are definately worth a try..best wishes..sammi

If possible, try not to let the cost of medication/diagnosis affect your decision. I have friends who put their dog down in June because the med. she needed would be expensive and they are regretting it tremendously, as they can redo that decision and they miss her so much...

Sorry to hear of your problems with your boy , try to remain positive. My boys are both related to Michelle Websters boy Geordie, and we meet him at a show a few weeks ago and he is a picture of health, he has come through and so can Dublin Regards Neil
