LIFE AFTER EPILEPSY ABBIE`S STORY
The story of “ Kenmilfore red pepper” D.O.B. 7th. May 2004
In October 2003 my grandson died at 8 months, this left a very large hole in my world. I had been considering getting an Irish setter for some time and in July 2004 I got Abbie to help fill that gap.

I saw a litter advertised in June and arranged to go and see them. I arrived at a lovely country house with a…

Romã has always been a very shy girl. In fact she was so shy as a pup, I decided I should keep her and not one of her brothers, out of fear of what might happen to her in the wrong hands.
For the past 3 and a half years, we continuously worked on her socialization and her confidence in dealing with new people, of all ages and genders. Very slowly, she became more confident near strange people, but crowds and children screaming have never been her favorite thing. She adjusted quite…

In December, we had wonderful snow - so Joy and I went out to have some fun and I brought the camera with. It all started with a harmless walk through the forest and Joy's long gazes into a small nature reserve, where often deer graze and herons fish in a small pond:…

Hi Everyone,
This is the first time I have joined anything online so I am still finding my way around. Thanks to those who have welcomed me. My first dog was an Irish called Gemma then I got Jodie. I fell in love with the English Setter and they have been my love for the next thirty years. I currently share my home with my last ES Bailey, an ex race greyhound Bella and I am showing a young Saluki Harry. I am finding I am not fit enough these days to show a Setter. I still love…

Fleetwood Farm's I BELIEVE IN LUV had her puppies New Years Eve into New Years morning! However, only two of the puppies are male, IRISH BEAUTY is about to deliver also, so I'm going to see how many boys are in her litter. If there aren't enough males for the requests ahead of us, then I'll be getting a girl. Either is fine, I was just leaning toward a male. So I'll still have a new addition the last of Feb or first of March! Yippee! What personality differences have you experienced between…

We all know that during Christmas time the animals can talk. I do have a feeling that sometimes even lifeless objects can do the same too.
I've just found this photo and I really can feel that a snowman wants to say something very important for Kasia. She is still very young, unexperienced, very curious and innocent.
What are they talking…
