Bajka sleeps tightly

In memory of my beloved beautiful setter girl Bajka  (24.06.1997-17.06.2012)

Ch.PL On the Sunny Side of the Street z Arislandu (Scandal v.d. Wester-Huy x Morena Mahagon Moravia).

She was,  still is - my ideal. Perfect setter - joyful, friendly, lively.  Welcoming everybody with wagging tail, and many times unexpected kisses.

A life with her was full of adventures. She was the best companion.Travelling with a setter always gives us new friends:-) She had a great gift for that.

And for getting in trouble. Few weeks ago I couldn't find her in the garden. After going through the garden twice  I finally found her in the tunnel dug (probably with the little help of Kasia) under the timber. It was one meter long narrow hole, Bajka was lying there on her back. She was tired and couldn't turn back to get out of that trap.

I didn't plan so many things. She showed me dog shows, field trials, pointing pheasants, retrieving, questing in reeds for ducks...
