GOODNIGHT MY PRECIOUS GIRL (NZ CH SOLASDAS COPPER RUSE) 17.12.2007 - 04.08.2012

It is with a broken heart that I write this blog. Our beautiful girl, Tara, was tragically taken from us on 4 August 2012 in a tragic accident. Not only was Tara a wonderful show dog but she was also the perfect advocate for the breed, happy go lucky, a superb nature and adored everyone and everything in life especially children. Tara thought the world was a safe and wonderful place and unfortunately her trustful nature and curiosity led her to being taken from us far before her time.

Briongloid Kennels has still not recovered from her departure and I in particular continue to struggle. She has left a huge empty space in all our lives, the younger dogs miss her terribly as she adored all the puppies and young Irish in the kennels, always helping to clean and play with them.

Rest in peace my special special girl. My life will never be the same without you and I will never ever forget you and the fun we had at all those dog shows :-). You were my loyal friend and buddy. Until we all meet again at the Rainbows Bridge, may the Shamrocks fall softly

Goodnight Tara, xxxxxx

Having spent a Royal Melbourne show day on the benches with Reyne and Josh both Solasdas champions I can imagine how huge the hole in your life must be Jo. The temperment, character and love that these Irish share is amazing. They are so intune with people, you feel special even if you spend just a day with them. Tara was taken too soon, but would have loved her life to the deepest depth. She had a wonderful family that allowed her to share that love every day. Hugs to you left behind and rest sweetly Solasdas girl.

Jo, I know just how much you are missing Tara and what desolation you have felt. You all loved her to the hilt and she had a wonderful life.Certainly take far too young, but you packed in a lot during that time, and will be able to always treasure those memories. Sleep tight beautiful Tara.XXXXX

Jo,Matt and family,

In her short life Tara was loved, spoil and given a wonderful home with you all "her 2 legged family"

She will want you to love and chersih all of her much loved 4 legged family, everyone elses  puppies she shared and loved so dearly.

Cherish her memories, and make her as proud of you as you were of her.

She will be watching over you at the shows making sure you are out there having fun with her much loved 4 legged friends.

She will live on in your hearts (and mine) forever.

RIP Beautiful Tara.
