We had a wonderful day today , Pelle became Best of Breed out of almost 70 Gordon Setters entered , and the Europa sieger titel , no placing in Group , but Francis Mc Kimms young boy was Best of Breed and 2th!! in Group!!

Our page in the ISBC Yearbook 2007 has been choosen by the editors as 1 of the 12 winners of the advertisement competition.

Pointers have beaten setters in the first field trial for youngsters, held by the Dutch Irish setter club in cooperation with the club for English setters on fields near Ijzendijke, Zeeuws Vlaanderen.
These were the last trials in Spring in the Netherlands. You can only score with points on partridge, pheasant does not count.

Two last weekends of April were very successful for our young boy.
First at National Dog show in Częstochowa he did great job and won BOB.
He repeated his success one week later winning BOB again at International Dog show in Opole last Sunday... and he is only 13 months old.
We are so proud of him:)

The weather here in the northern part of Finland is changing fast to warm spring/summer to catch up with the rest of the world . The meteorological changes here up north are tremendously fast. This weekend the 26.-27.4. we still had the best conditions ever to train with our dogs. Today the 28.4. now as I´m writing this the warmth wave cought up with us so all the snow has started to melt.

The last weekends we started with Chili to Jugendsuche and Verbandsjugendprüfung (VJP) - this are working tests / derby for young dogs in Germany. In both we reached a VERY GOOD (67 and 70 points). VJP: Chili started in comparism with many different pointing dogs (mostly German Wirehaired Pointer). We are very proud of our 9 month old girl!…

Last weekend I went to Finland with Caemgen's Butterflies in Winter "Holly" to mate her to Irish Melody Piece of Diamond "Rino" and we got 2 successfull matings. I am still waiting for the nice photographs from the show but they just don't want to arrive :-) So you have to be satisfied with all the blurry pictures my friend was taking :-)
